Harry O Memorial Arena is a happening place to be in the winter! From numerous hockey teams practicing and playing games to free public skating and shinny to tournaments and private rentals! You never know what you may find going on here! We are home to 8 hockey teams including U7, U9,U11, U15, A and AA Southeast Goldwings, Weyburn Oil Queens and our Big 6 Hockey Team, The Midale Mustangs.
We hold our annual MORE 2000 supper and auction in April in the rink after hockey season has come to an end and the ice has been taken out. This is a key event to help keep our facility operational.
Our arena is busy in the summer months as well! How you ask? The surface can be rented out for many different functions. Weddings, Funerals, anniversaries and parties! To book the rink please text Lois at 306-458-7555 or email midalerink@gmail.com.

Skating rink side
Along with the skating surface we also have a curling rink side which is home to the Farmers Bonspiel every year. This side is also used for many other functions! Our library is located on this side and holds numerous programs and activities throughout the year. We also hold our annual craft and bake sale here every December, which takes up both floors! This space can be rented out as well for many different functions, from teas, to funerals, weddings to parties!
